Helping Headway - Sponsors

Headway MK is keen to extend its services to provide more support to those in our community with acquired brain injuries.

Sponsors can help us offer these services and every donation, no matter how small, can make the difference to what we can offer.

• £10 will pay for one hour of a session for a client at the Centre in Neath Hill.
• £25 will pay for a morning or afternoon session for a client.
• £200 will pay for two sessions per week for a whole month for a client.
• £2,000 will fund a client’s attendance twice a week for a whole year at the Headway MK centre.

MK Headway is funded mainly by a Council grant. But not all those that wish to attend the centre can. Many do not meet the criteria to qualify for Council funding.

We recognise that these individuals benefit from attendance at the centre and we seek to fund each year, 8 sponsored places for clients who are outside of the Council criteria. Can you sponsor an hour, a session, a month, a year?

We need £16,000 to pay for one year’s places for 8 clients. Can you help?

If you feel you would like to talk about sponsoring the activities of Headway MK however small or large your contribution, then please contact Sandy our Co-ordinator, at the centre so that we might discuss this.

Donations from individuals may be declared with the Inland Revenue and subject to a tax rebate to benefit Headway MK. Permission is sought from the donor where this is appropriate.

Headway MK is happy to participate in schemes with local businesses and beyond that encourage employee giving and we would welcome any opportunity to discuss Headway MK as a focus for an employer’s charitable giving over a year.
